The friendly staff made us feel like family, accommodating every request with kindness and enthusiasm. Each morning, we were delighted by a beautifully presented breakfast, featuring local treats that reflected the rich culture of Syros.

The spa area, while charming, felt a bit cramped and could have offered a more expansive experience. Additionally, while the historic ambiance is enchanting, Wi-Fi connectivity was somewhat spotty in certain areas.

Staying at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was attentive and made our family feel right at home. We enjoyed exploring Ermoupoli’s vibrant culture, especially visiting the Apollon Theater. The spacious and clean rooms comfortably accommodated our four kids, making the stay enjoyable for everyone.

My wife says that the children's play area could be larger.
